I have received word from Cuiv the Lazy Geek in Tokyo that this time it's the real deal. This is exciting and I cannot wait to learn more.

In summary the system could track stars without the need of GPS.
Optical IS can be used to lengthen the time it can track.
There is a possibility it will stack images in camera too.
