Aside from the fun and exciting performance they gave during their busking event last June 27, there were also some unfortunate moments caused by excessive fan aggression that left a few of the members startled and possibly hurt.

One example was with Stell. A fan, overwhelmed with excitement, appeared to have grabbed his hand a little too tightly. While it didn’t seem serious enough to cause injury, Stell’s reaction clearly showed he was in pain. Another incident happened as the group made their way to the main floor—Ken’s clothes were tugged unexpectedly by someone in the crowd. He was visibly surprised, though thankfully, there were security guards nearby to assist.

This post isn’t meant to attack or shame the fandom—we understand the excitement. We each have our own way of expressing admiration for the artists we support. But with every public appearance or performance they give, what we owe them in return is respect. We don’t want these incidents to turn into reasons for them to hesitate doing public or free performances in the future.

Yes, they’ve experienced situations like this before, but that doesn’t mean they should just get used to it. Safety should always be a priority, especially during free public shows.

A'TIN has built a reputation for being respectful and considerate whenever SB19 is seen in public. Moments like this are rare, but they remind us to be mindful of our actions. This isn’t just for SB19, but for all P-pop artists. It would be unfortunate if they begin to feel uncomfortable performing in open spaces due to a few uncontrolled moments.

Seeing these clips might bring discomfort even to the members themselves. Sometimes, in our excitement and happiness, we fail to notice when we’re crossing a line. Offering a handshake or holding their hands should not be met with overly aggressive contact. And pulling on someone’s clothing while they’re walking is simply not appropriate.

On a positive note, it was heartening to see many A'TIN calling out these unwanted fan behaviors. This proves that the majority of the fandom values respect and knows how to act when encountering the artists in person.

Let’s not take this video negatively. It’s being shared to raise awareness—not to blame, but to encourage better behavior so that our favorite artists can continue giving us special moments, safely and freely.
