Good news for those who have not yet secured a concert ticket for the Zepp New Taipei concert. Sony Music Taiwan has officially opened the second floor seats for the SAW concert happening on June 29.
Due to the overwhelming number of requests for a second day of the Taiwan Tour, they were eventually pushed to open the second floor. I actually mentioned this three months ago, that Zepp New Taipei might not be enough since it only holds a little over two thousand people for a standing concert and it really happened.
During their guest appearance on Hit FM, the group even expressed their hopes of performing at the Taipei Arena someday where they performed during the Hito Pop Awards.
The newly opened second floor seats will likely sell out quickly, since only two hundred ninety-one seats are available. Hopefully, more A'TIN who have been wanting to see the concert will be able to get tickets. And of course, we also hope that more local Taiwanese fans will attend, especially now that the group has been trending after the music awards.
With their current popularity in Taiwan, I honestly believe they can already fill a venue with a five thousand seat capacity. But a second show seems unlikely now, since there are only three days left before concert day.
It is amazing to see how strong the ticket demand for their shows abroad. Sometimes, you really have to wonder if you will even be able to get a ticket because so many people are trying at the same time. And mind you, most of these are from A'TIN alone and not even casual fans or local residents in the country.
Still, we cannot question their decision to choose smaller venues. They have a marketing team behind them, and this was surely the best move based on their current plans. It is not impossible for them to return here in Taiwan. I just hope that next time, they can go for bigger venues so everyone who wants to watch can be accommodated.
Anyway, they know what they are doing, so we just have to trust them. Ticket selling for the second floor seats will open tomorrow at exactly seven in the evening through the Tixcraft website. Make sure to be early, and prepare everything you need such as your credit card and an account on the site.
To all A'TIN who will attend the concert, just like those who filled the Philippine Arena, please enjoy every moment of the show.
