This happens when the opponent is hit out of an 'air-movement' state. Like a wall jump with Chun/Claw, Rashid's V-Skill 2, Fang's weird flying thing etc.
A huge amount of the time spent making this video was just testing lots and lots and lots of stuff. Unfortunately most of it wasn't juicy enough to go into the video.

b+HK now creates a ground bounce and opens up a ton of new combos
LP doesnt push back as much. Enables 4 jab combo
st.HP has 1 extra frame of hit stun, opening up new combos.
Can cancel target combos into denjin charge
