Hawaii is home to 8 units of the National Park System. Some, like Haleakala National Park (where you can see the famous Haleakala Sunrise), Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (home of the famous Kilauea Volcano), and Pearl Harbor. But hidden within these islands' tropical paradise lies several park units related to Hawaii's unique cultural and historical past. Hawaii's NPS Sites do an excellent job of showcasing the full natural and cultural wonder that are these islands.
