#NewMusicFriday: Welcome back to the third week of this series. Recently there’s a Broadway show about ‘being dead’ that has become hugely popular, but there’s another show from 2016 that explores the theme of death – that is Tuck Everlasting. This week features Sadie Fisher from the United States singing ‘Everlasting’, which is one of my favourites from the show. Sung by the show’s protagonist Winnie Foster, the song depicts her dilemma about whether to drink the water that would make her immortal.
Music: Chris Miller
Lyrics: Nathan Tysen
Video produced by Hayden Kwong
Piano: PianoTrax
