After the error that I detected in the previous PCB's that I designed (all my mistake, not the supplier's fault), I ordered new PCB's from PCBWay and re-built the capacitor leakage tester to fit under the shelf of my workbench.
The results is far better than I expected, and this device, like it's original predecessor, will come into very regular use.
