I've talked about a mob farm for some time now, finally got around to build it! Many mods have mob spawning blocks but I have never used this one before - easy to learn and reminds a lot of other I've used.

Now I can easily get Ender Pearls, Ghast Tears and most other mob drops! The only thing required now is more experience. So as soon as I can get my hands on some Cursed Earth the farm will be even better. I should probably install lighting before that....
