Setting up the first tier of void ore mining from Environmental Tech

The basic idea with this block/machine is to gather resources from the Void. That's what lies beneath Bedrock! In the normal world, it's enough to mine from Bedrock but you can aim it towards the void as well if you are in some other dimension.
It's not a difficult machine to set up, but it has a few requirements:
- Free sight to Bedrock or The Void
- Lots of power! I don't have enough at this time.
- Many crafting steps
- Not too much of materials but lots of dye
Automating the input to the network is not hard at all, I just placed a chest for now because it runs quite slow due to power shortage :)
Yes, I had a weird sentence there in the beginning, didn't notice until it was too late... You know what I meant! ;)
