How to enable disabled ores in Thermal Foundation and making them show up in JEI.

Some ores are disabled by default in Thermal Foundation and might be so in packs using Thermal mods as well. If you want to enable them it can be as easy as just changing "false" to "true" but there might be more to it depending on what mod selection or modpack you're using.
To be able to verify and monitor ore generation I also included JEI/JER in my guide, it's not required but could be very useful when messing around and trying to get spawn rates right etc.
I said in the beginning that I would activate all ores but I only demonstrated aluminium/aluminum. Sorry about that but the other ones works exactly the same!
