My beloved Raccoon. This story has been yours all along, you just didn’t know it.

As these reactions show, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is a film that grips people, has them reaching for their tissues and getting a little sweaty. Animated characters delivering powerful performances that carry the story and deliver many of the emotionally charged moments of the film.

From the get go James Gunn has been uncompromising in his belief that audiences needed to feel that Rocket, Lylla, Teefs and Floor are real, that as a Director he should get the same performance from them as he would from any of the actors on set. Rocket has become a character that makes us laugh, who surprises us, that we’ve grown to love feeling the grief of his loss.

The breadth of visual effects work, the creative and technical challenges overcome to deliver spectacular environments, action sequences, creatures and character performances has seen Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 recognised with Academy Award, BAFTA and VES nominations.
