VES Nominee for Outstanding Supporting Visual Effects in a Photoreal Episode The Crown; Season 6; Dis-Moi Oui
The team led by Framestore’s VFX Supervisor Ollie Bersey, enhanced and crafted the environments, buildings and scenery present in Season 6 that are recognised the world over whilst maintaining the perfectly hidden VFX seen in Framestore’s work across four previous seasons of the renowned show.
Every pixel is visible in The Crown, so there is no hiding and standards are very high, creating a really challenging project in terms of the level of finish required. The work in Dis-Moi Oui was particularly poignant and Framestore delivered exceptionally detailed work that evoked strong memories.
