Original uploader was @Funnieo (who seemingly has re-uploaded themselves as of 6/6/23) Prior, all that I knew was that although it wasn't the only upload of this channel (Cal M uploaded a camera recording of it in 2015: youtu.be/VviApe4IRiU), it was probably the best quality upload of it as it was captured directly from the source.
As for character generator, it reminds me of a Video Data Systems character generator, however someone pointed out that this was a Trilithic PMBDX1, a character that I had never heard of prior to discovering the original camera recording. (Google has no results for it neither does Trilithic's archived website from 2009, when it was rumored to have been released.) As of April 19, 2023, it seems to be a Video Messenger VM-3 going from various screenshots in its manual which use the same font as the one shown here.
