The original upload featured a couple seconds of some songs that resulted in said upload receiving a worldwide block many years after it was uploaded. I had a copy downloaded years prior, so I was able to just remove those first few seconds and re-upload it fine enough.

This is an actual recording of the first ever Nationwide Emergency Alert System Test. It was recorded somewhere in Wisconsin on 11/9/11 @ 1:00pm CDT through a local radio station WHQG on the FM band. Nothing was edited. As you can hear, it didn't work out too well. There was a lot of duplicated transmissions throughout the transmission. Towards the end of the broadcast it was very hard to understand what was being said.
At least it wasn't Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" like some unlucky DirectTV customers had to hear. Some didn't even hear anything at all! But you'd think for being in 2011, they'd have everything synced up as it was suppose to be broadcast to EVERY Radio, TV, and Satellite system user.
