Does this prove the bible?

This is not a joke about "let there be light". This i a very very serious question about the mentioning of electricity in the Bible.

Was God unresonable when killing Uzzah for touching the ark of the covenant? Or was Uzzah killed by static electricity? How much volt would it take to kill a man and can this be prodused by a wooden box covered with gold transported on a cart covered by pelts?

If Uzzah was killed by static electricity, woult it then be wrong of the prophet Samuel to accuse God of murderinging him? Please let me know.
