Jehovah Witness are not allowed to say non of the following:
- God bless you
- Good luck,
- Merry Christmas
- Cheers
- Oh My God
- I would love to survive this operation regardless of the governing bodys policy
But there is also an forgotten rule that they (in some situations) should not use the world "Giant"
This is a recollection of my childhood memories growing up in the Jehovah Witness relgion in Sweden. Its not a critisism of the rank and file Jehovah's... most of them are nice people.
This is a gentle critisism of the Watchtower and the governing body for their retoric with threats of being murdered in Armageddon that they present to minor children like myself.
I have not find the actual article about why JW should not use the word Giant. From my recollection it must have been a article in the "kingdom ministry" arround 1982, but it could also have been in a letter to the elders or a circuit overeseer with a strong personal opinion of the matter.
If you are able to find any article, please let me know in the description.
