Putting a pin on that, we take a walk, and explore more of Messmer's Funhouse, finding a cellar and eventually a tiny, baby door leading to what can be described as Eden. From there we find the Pest's house, and finally defeat a liquifying corpse to gain entrance into the Velvet Room.
