The once Holy King, John Alfred Forrester -- son of Hauser Forrester who once went into the Catacombs bent on saving his Father and proving his sword arm, has fallen ill. What emerged after that illness, was not John Alfred at all...
In this, the final chapter of the Verdite Trilogy, follows Prince Austin Lyle Forrester, son of John Alfred and fostered by Leon Shore over the last ten years. Now, with Prince Lyle old enough and with time running out on the seal Alexander gave his life to create -- Lyle must take up the Crystal Sword, the Excellector, and set off towards the Castle of Verdite and finally bring the end of an ancient war of which Humanity and Elves are caught in the middle of.
