A solo, melee only kill at Rune Level 1 (RL1) of the Fire Giant, required boss protecting the forge of giants needed to burn down the Erdtree and progress in the main storyline.
Straightforward and rather simple boss, besides the fireballs timing and the chaotic camera views. Phase 2 seems to encourage you to hit his hand for bonus damage, but you can get easier openings on his knees instead throughout phase 2, making targetting weak spots kind of pointless. Oh well.

A solo, melee only kill at Rune Level 1 (RL1) of Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, optional boss guarding the access to Elphael and the city of the Haligtree where Malenia is hiding.
This boss is quite enjoyable, dodging the magic attacks is satisfying and an extra bonus to the already solid moveset of Tree sentinels. Figuring out how to strafe her halberd swings and which of the magic swords-summoning moves had a hitbox or not was also part of the fun.

Did you know she is in fact Malenia, Blade of Miquella ?
A solo, melee only (with the exception of pots) speedkill at Rune Level 1 (RL1) in NG+7 (Max New Game cycle) of Malenia, Blade of Miquella, of 1:21 minute from health bar showing (00:24) to last hit (1:45). If counting from first hit dealt to Malenia (0:32), this is a 1:13 minute fast kill. Also done with no hits taken.
I do not recommend doing this to anyone. This boss is extremely frustrating and RNG when it comes to trying to get a fast kill with the ability to block your hits and dash away at the other side of the arena in p1 and stall for dozen of seconds with some of her p2 moves like the Phantom summons or Scarlet Aeonia spells. It doesnt help that shes also a very difficult boss to fight to begin with, let alone playing aggressive against her for a good pace.
Props to Brian (mrBorkd) for pointing me out the frost pots strat for flurry/ 2nd scarlet aeonia, which I didnt have the angle to do in this kill unfortunately. Sick strat, though.

This is a 1:20 kill, counting from NKG appearing in the arena (0:13) to last hit (1:33). Finally, 1:20 is done. This is as optimized as I can take it, theres no pushing it further now without falling into basic RNG grind to get as many fire pillars as possible, which would be completely uninteresting. Im happy with this.
Ive done a radiant nail only charmless fight against NKG but forgot to upload it, so I might either post it or try and get a more fun kill with him soon.
Charms setup (as shown in the end of the video) : Unbreakable Strength, Quick Slash, Long Nail, Steady Body, Sprintmaster, Mark of Pride.

A compilation of all 44 bossfights in the Hall of Gods beaten in radiant difficulty, which makes bosses have more health and the character dies in one hit from any boss attack, projectile or environmental damage.
The worst bosses in the run were Absolute Radiance and Markoth by far, both being projectile spamming bosses with hard to navigate arenas and forced platforming. Most other bosses were easy in comparison, taking at most a dozen tries compared to the hundreds of attempts of these first two.
Charms setup for most bosses was Unbreakable Strength, Quick Slash, Mark of Pride, Shaman Stone, with some additional charms like Sprintmaster, Steady Body, Long Nail and a few others depending on the bosses. Charms are shown at the end of each boss defeated.
