Save up if you can, cause those two are worth the extra. But if you really prioritize budget over image quality the Eken V50 Pro is fine at its current price of $65 and it comes with decent accessories.
The Eken V50 Pro is pretty adequate considering its low price, although the lens is soft and that reduces detail. This is a common theme with several Eken cameras I have tested recently.
The name is also a bit misleading as it is NOT based on the iCatch V50 processor (like the T5 Edge), it is based on an Ambarella A12. The biggest downside is the lack of image stabilization but you can get decent / workable images if you are good at holding the camera steady and plan to shoot primarily in 1080p 60.
