The SJ8 Plus does not make sense to me. Why does this camera even exist? It doesn't seem like SJCam is putting their full force into developing the firmware on this cam and fixing the issues it has. And side by side with the Pro, which is often only $20 - 30 more, the camera quality really falls apart. The sad thing is, in some situations it is a fantastic camera, especially pointed into direct sunlight (thanks to the HDR), or even in overcast (thanks to the bright colours). But overall, with the video skipping issue and the colour balance issues in sunny days, I really think this cam is worth a skip.
What are your thoughts on it?
