Less than $100 will get you something like this, a basic 3-axis gimbal with bluetooth functionality that can smooth out your video a ton. This would be especially useful for people who film skateboarding video, or running video, or anything of the sort that is handheld.
The quality of stabilization is pretty high and it comes from Mijia which is a brand known for budget price and good quality, so I suspect it should last reasonably long. I use a gimbal all the time when I am shooting handheld smartphone video, it makes a huge difference compared to my wobbly handheld video.
The FiMi Gimbal app is available on Android Play Store (I am not sure about iPhone).
