In the first video, I looked at using the paper app to take notes and turn handwritten ideas into tasks. This time, I’m focusing on the notes themselves: how to organise them properly, how to use quick marks and outlines, and how to stop your e-ink tablet becoming a digital version of the paper pile you were trying to escape.
The main idea is simple: fewer notebooks, better documents.
Rather than starting a new notebook every time you have a new thought, you can build one useful notebook per project, role or area of your life, then use outlines and quick marks to make the important parts easy to find later.
That makes Viwoods much more useful for creators, teachers, consultants, project managers, researchers, or anyone who wants handwritten notes without the usual mess.
