I'm finally on break! This might mean I'll have more time to edit...or just more free time to hang out with my family and friends and watch random stuff on my computer xD

Today to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who (which is tomorrow!) I went to a Doctor Who party with some of my friends. It was a lot of fun :D

It's actually sad, but I also realize that today is the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination :(

Anyways, I started making a video earlier this week that I finally finished today.
I decided that I just had to make a Eight and Cass video after I saw the Day of the Doctor prequel last Thursday! I ship them! I'm surprised I haven't found many videos of them on youtube yet. Cass would have made an awesome companion, and the Eight Doctor was just amazing on screen, even better than I remember him from the 1996 movie! I'd love to see Paul Mcgann as the Doctor more. Maybe they should make a spin off series, or a mini series based off of the audio adventures of the Eight Doctor. That'd be super interesting!
I was so shocked and surprised while watching this prequel! It was AMAZING! I was absolutely not expecting Paul Mcgann to be in it. Moffat, you blew my mind away.

I am so excited for tomorrow! Can't wait for the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special!!! ^^

$Marty/Doc - Fading {MEP part} *Please watch in HD!* WARNING : May contain some spoilers from Back to the Future : The Game Here is my part for SWS Fading MEP. This is way overdue (almost a month) and for that I am terribly sorry. I was super excited to edit with such an epic song, and a good video game so I started editing it long before the deadline, I had almost finished it, but then a family matter came up so I stopped. When the deadline approached, I decided to finish it, but my computer chose to crash at the worst time possible. I lost several projects I had started, including this one. I put this project on hold again due to personal family reasons and my laziness. Then I went to visit my family... During this time, I also lost inspiration, which is a shame, because I had real high hopes for this video. Fortunately some inspiration came back to me after I re-started from scratch, and I rushed a little so this is the result. It is completely different from how I originally made it, but I think it turned out okay. Although I would have liked to make it way more epic...I feel like this is not one of my best videos, I apologize for that. I noticed after uploading, that a short voiceover of Doc calling out Martys name is missing, and Martys last voiceover is cut off....but I am too lazy to fix that xD Anyway, I choose to edit with the Back to Future Game for this MEP part. Why? Because Back to the Future is my favorite movie ever! And this game is really good, its like a sequel to my favorite trilogy. I feel like the graphics could be a little better, but the voice acting and plot is right on! How could I not edit with this game for Shiny Wings Studio? plus each time I heard the word fading when I listened to the song I kept thinking of Marty and Doc fading xD I love their friendship. Its one of the reason that I love this series! (the other being the time travel storyline xD) Im really happy that in this game you get to see Martys interactions with Docs younger teenage self, who is in fact around the same age as Marty! I thought that was a real neat idea for the game. I also thought that the lyrics save me from what I become goes well with this game too, because Marty accidentally changes Docs past, changing his future self, so in some way Marty then has to save Doc from what he becomes. I managed to use scenes from all 5 episodes! yay! xD Okay for those of you who dont know this game, but know the movies I definitely recommend it. Its a nice, 5 episodes, point and click game, that I feel is just like a Back to the Future movie! Voiceovers : Young Emmett : Are you alright? (sorry its so faint) Marty : Whats happening? Doc : Great Scott! Marty : - What are we going to do? - Doc, dont do this...dont go... Doc : What have I done? Marty : Doc! ..... No! Doc : - Im sorry, Marty. - Ive made a terrible mistake! $KH - The Song of Purple Summer ~PLEASE READ~ Today was the last full performance for my universitys musical Spring Awakening. Ive come to love the show, especially its music! Ive truly enjoyed working spotlights for it! ^^ Its sad that it is now over :( Since I had too many emotions from the show today I decided to put together a quick and simple video with music from Spring Awakening and Kingdom Hearts. I used The Song of Purple Summer because it is one of my favorite songs. The way I interpret this song, I believe the message from it is to live on. Even after all the suffering that youve been through, summer will come after the cold winter, so carry on and live on your life to the fullest. I think this song is a truly beautiful ending to this amazing musical. For those of you who arent familiar with Spring Awakening it is an American musical based of a German play. The musical is a comedy tragedy that discusses topics such as sex, suicide, child abuse, homosexuality and abortion. I think Spring Awakening is a great musical, that I would highly recommend! However before watching it, you should know that it does involve adult content. If you havent already you should check out my Spring Awakening montage/preview video that I did with the Broadway version : http://youtu.be/h8U6SaF_KpQ This might help for those that are confused with this video: {The Characters} * Melchior Gabor (Sora) - headstrong, handsome and charismatic. He knows much more than the others because of what he reads in books and is able to see the corruption in society. *Moritz Stiefel (Roxas) - Melchiors intense and nervous best friend. He feels intense pressure from his parents to succeed. He is traumatized and confused by puberty and his sexual awakenings. *Wendla Bergmann (Kairi/Xion) - a naive young girl who has limited knowledge about adult relationships. She is a childhood friend of the boys. She has a romantic and sexual connection with Melchior. *Ilse Neumann (Namine) - another childhood friend who runs away from an abusive home to become a Bohemian. She is Mortizs love interest. Ive enjoyed making this, even though its not as good as I think it could be. I didnt really illustrate Spring Awakenings story with the four main characters as much as I would have wanted to... Maybe I should make some more Kingdom Hearts and Spring Awakening videos...what do you think?
