Dark License to Kill Fast Animation (DLTK FA) is a step above DLTK in difficulty. As in regular DLTK, you maximize the enemy statistics in 007 mode:

Enemy health: 1000%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%

In addition, you turn on the Fast Animation cheat. This cheat makes enemies move at several times their usual speed. Under these conditions, the game is much harder than in regular DLTK, and some levels seem nearly impossible.

At the beginning of the level, a guard from a far room sees me about 95+% of the time. He usually doesn't hit me, but he runs toward me and I have to deal with him later. He's fairly easy to kill (and he sometimes gets killed by the explosion that occurs when the second Baron appears), but in this run, I was lucky and he never saw me. Afterward, I have to run past two guards. Most attempts end here; I need a fair amount of luck with guard animations. Once I'm past those two, I go to the Golden Gun room. I need to make it in without either of the two guards seeing me. Inside, I wait in a corner for about a second in order to manipulate the guards. I don't know the exact mechanics, but I've found that if I go through the Golden Gun room too quickly, one or both guards from earlier will be waiting for me near the exit. Standing in the corner for a moment is a fairly reliable way to avoid this.

The Golden Gun evens the odds somewhat because I can kill a guard with a single limb shot, but its slow rate of fire means that I need to be accurate. I seem to have an uncanny talent for shooting guards in the gun, which deals no damage and usually results in my death. After dispatching three corner guards in the first Baron's room, I was hit by the remaining corner guard. At that point, I tried to guess which way he would go to chase me around the pillar. These games of Ring Around the Rosie rarely end well, but this was one of the few times when I managed to win. After killing the first Baron, I run to the second Baron. The two guards from the first room are typically somewhere near the hallway leading to the Golden Gun room and can sometimes see me when I run to the second Baron, but they usually don't. When I start shooting the second Baron, that's about the earliest that the spawn guards can reach me. I experimented with waiting for a spawn guard and killing him to try to protect myself, but I decided it was better just to attack the Baron ASAP and hope no spawn guards catch me.

Against the second and third Barons, I use the same basic strategy that I used on regular DLTK:

By luring the second Baron to the third Baron's room and killing him there, I can press against the obelisk and shoot the third Baron before he sees me. This is easier said than done, however. Waiting in or near the obelisk room is dangerous because spawn guards can come from either of the two hallways. Covering both directions is doable without Fast Animation, but seems impossible with it. So, I just have to hope the guards don't sneak up behind me. There's also the matter of killing the second Baron. I typically deal three headshots and one chest shot before alerting him, leaving him with little enough health that he dies from a single hit anywhere. This time, I messed up and wasn't really sure where I had hit him, but I kept playing and hoped for the best. In the obelisk room, shooting the second Baron is tough. He tends to roll and jump all over the place, making him difficult to hit. I made it to the obelisk room many times, but rarely managed to kill the second Baron.

Once the second Baron is dead, I press against the obelisk so the third Baron can't see me. He's invincible for a few seconds after he appears, but then I can kill him with nine headshots. However, it's very easy to be killed by spawn guards while shooting him. For this reason, I kill one guard from the short hallway and two guards from the long hallway before I start shooting the Baron. There's no guarantee that this will work; a guard could come from either hallway and surprise me. However, I tried various methods and this one seemed to work decently often. Creeping along the obelisk and shooting the Baron in the head nine times was nerve-wracking, but I managed to do it.
