Sometimes no words are better for me. In this instance I feel that just playing through all of the tones on this mighty little pedal is a better way of getting the message across.

Japan's Effects Bakery are producing some super-cute looking and very formidable mini-stomps. This one, the Bagel Overdrive, can float between being a singing overdrive-thru-distortion generator for a clean platform (Deluxe Reverb in this demo), through to a muscular, tight boost for dirty amps like a 1959SLP (also in this demo). And they're very reasonably priced. Quality does not always mean expensive.

$Bretts AC20: Axe-FX III FW 28.03 Preset #130 I shared this patch with the world only last week. I often do that as its good to give to the community and kind of therapeutic for me when Im creating them. But this week the new Axe presets were released for Firmware 28.03 and this one along with a couple of more of mine are burned into it. Thats quite an honour for me considering the famous names that appear in this 384-strong bunch of presets as well. Anyway, this one, Bretts AC20 is number 130 and this little jam (mistakes and all) is the sort of thing I was thinking of when I wrote it. Its 8 Scenes and a bunch of satellite effects that you can switch in/out with each Scene. Theyre all based on the mighty but petite Morgan AC20, which is a very cool twist on the classic AC30. You can see (and hear) the Scene changes in the editor window as Im playing. Ive kept the amp block window open so you can see the various AC20 permutation changes as I go. I think my favourite bits of this patch are the panning delay which I tend to ride a fair bit, and the fuzz face model. Thanks for watching.
