Effectiveness and Durability of a Workplace Sedentary Behavior Intervention Based on the Total Worker Health® Approach

Researchers at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences used the Total Worker Health® approach to develop and test an intervention to address workplace sedentary behavior. The intervention was designed to reduce workplace sitting time and improve worker health, wellbeing, and safety.
