Detroit Symphony Orchestra | Educational Concert Series Watch Party - Let's Play! @detroitsymphony | Uploaded July 2020 | Updated October 2024, 23 hours ago.
As schools across Michigan and the United States closed due to the pandemic, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra curated virtual Educational Concerts to support teachers and students navigating remote music education.

“Let’s Play!” takes students on a musical journey through what it means to “play” music. Two pieces by composers Andrew Norman and Steve Reich push the boundaries of how music is structured and how instruments are played. You may never hear music the same way again! Check out our Student Mini-Guide for the performance, with accompanying lessons and activities, here: bit.ly/3eMZekd
