Crackles, your way.
We've offered crackle tunes for the Focus ST and other Ford EcoBoost platforms for years, but we've now taken things a step further by allowing crackles to be assigned to specific map slots through the COBB Accessport.
Want a clean daily driving calibration? Select one map.
Want mild burbles on deceleration? Select another.
Want a more aggressive crackle profile? It's there when you want it.
We also offer multiple sound profiles ranging from subtle burbles to more pronounced pops, allowing you to tailor the experience to your preferences.
Most importantly, our crackle strategy does not rely on dumping excess fuel into the exhaust to create the effect. By avoiding additional fueling and using OEM-like implementations, we keep exhaust temperatures under control while still delivering the sound enthusiasts are looking for.
