The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin is an independent non-profit human rights organization that develops and uses groundbreaking, unexpected legal intervention to challenge injustice and human rights violations.

From dictators to democratic governments to transnational corporations – all those responsible for massacres, torture, exploitation and other grave abuses should be held accountable for their crimes.

ECCHR works closely with partners around the world to initiate strategic litigation and employs human rights law as a subversive tool to bring about political, economic and social change.

That’s what ECCHR is, what drives us and what we pursue: Enforcing human rights law by new means.
