In another "Hungry for History" edition, I try out a local dish in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri - liver dumplings. The William G. Pomeroy Foundation placed a historical marker about the food in 2025. A few places in Ste. Genevieve serve liver dumplings, and one of them is Anvil Restaurant, in which I go to and try the dumplings.
