Learn how to make an easy utensil holder for zero waste living. This super easy tutorial tutorial will show you how to sew a utensil holder for any size utensil. Having a cutlery pouch in your bag lets you say no to disposable cutlery.
Here's the basics:
You need 2 scraps of fabric that are 4" wide and a customizable length. To figure out the length, measure the length of the LONGEST utensil (like your straw or whatever the longest utensil is). Multiply the length by 2 and add 2.5".
For example, if your longest utensil is 8" long, multiple by 2 to get 16", then add 2.5" for a final length of 18.5". So you'd need 2 pieces of fabric that are 4" wide by 18.5".
