-2 pieces of fabric for the inside: 15.5"h x 10.5"w
-OPTIONAL: 2 pieces of fabric for the pocket: 10"h x 10.5"
-2 scraps of fabric about 2"h x 6"w
-1 long strap, 40" and 55", depending on your height & comfort
