Finished size is 8" tall x 6" wide
You'll need:
-top contrasting fabric: 13.5" w x 5.25" tall
-bottom contrasting fabric: 13.5" w x 4.75" tall
***-2 inner pieces 9" x 7", not 8x6!*** My apologies.
-straps: 2 pieces 12"x2"
-optional: tag, 3" loop of fabric (sewn from 3"x2" scrap) or ribbon
