How to sew a bike seat cover. Upcycled umbrella into bicycle seat cover!
Don't throw away your broken umbrella! It's easy to separate the fabric from the frame & upcycled that umbrella into something useful.
Here's what you need:
-a broken umbrella
-scissors
-cord or elastic
-thread
-sewing machine
-optional: serger, drawstring lock/cord stopper
