Put those small scraps of fabric to good use! Here's what you need:
-2" wide strips for the panel: 4-12" long, 2-10" long, 4-8" long.
-2" wide strips for the straps: 2 - 12" long.
-1 outer piece of fabric 8"w x 9"h
-2 inner pieces of fabric 8"w x 9"h
-optional: 3" of ribbon or strap, tag.
