Potato Meatballs like Mama Vera used to make—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with comforting, homestyle flavor. 🥔🍖 This recipe is perfect for a hearty family dinner, meal prep, or even a cozy weekend treat. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting your kitchen adventures, these meatballs will win everyone over with their golden potato crust and juicy, savory center.
👩🍳 In this video, I’ll walk you through every step of making these delicious potato meatballs, share some homestead-style cooking tips, and show you how to get that perfect crisp without drying out the inside.
👉 Watch until the end for my favorite dipping sauce idea that takes these meatballs to the next level!
💡 Pro Tip: Double the batch because these disappear fast. Mama Vera would approve. ❤️

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium potato shredded
1 large onion diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
salt/pepper to taste
Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to large skillet over medium heat
Allow them to brown well.
Add 2 cups spaghetti sauce to the pan, cover and let simmer 30-35 minutes
(You can sprinkle some garlic powder over them if you want)
Serve over pasta or rice
✨ Greg’s Homestead Tip:
You can bake these at 400°F for 20–25 minutes for a lighter version—just drizzle with a little oil and turn halfway through for an even crisp.
