1 2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 3.9oz. package chocolate pudding

Cream filling
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 3.9 oz package of french vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla

Ganache
1 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
enough heavy cream to cover the chips
