Fought immediately after the previous fight, though if you do die here you don't have to fight Dhoulmagus Part 1 again so that's nice. Dhoulmagus Phase 2 is not a pushover, he hits really hard with both single and multi attacks, can knock your party off their feet and lose a turn, use Wave of Ice and get 2 turns. Use Acceleratle and Kabuff with Jessica and Angelo. He will knock your party now balance and debuff so make sure to get attacks in regularly and heal when you fall down 100 HP. Have Magic Waters in your inventory in you are low on MP from the previous fight.
