So a day or two ago I was made aware of an interview with The Lifting Dermatologist (Herp de derp) where Mike Israetel was asked who he'd choose a coach, me or Greg Doucette.
On top of maxing out the inanity meter and serving no purpose, this was just an excuse for Mike to make personal attacks at the two of us.
The purpose: Presumably to somehow dismiss my scientific criticisms of what he calls 0 RIR.
Among other gems of "argument" was that he lifted more than me in high school.
That's right folks, Dr. Mike Isratel, evidence based PhD practitioner and super coach thinks that how much you benched in high school somehow changes science and physiology.
This is sad. This is pathetic. This is not a good look for Mike OR Renaissance Periodization, a supposed "science based" outfit who's employee thinks "I bench more" means something.
Clearly Mike is losing the plot.
Someone please get him help before he cracks completely.
Or at least a Pepsi.
All he wanted was one Pepsi.
