This is an example showing mostly that this staggered double rider spawn is possible. The key point is the retreat onto the back row (which does make the strat a bit slower); you can ascend in the rightmost inner column, as shown here, or you can also try beginning your ascent (from the back row, after the retreat) in the column just right of center, thus luring dead ringer down on that column instead. Both work.
The other staggered rider spawn also works, but I haven't managed to get it on video (these specific positions of staggered riders are, of course, relatively rare). For that spawn, I believe (?) no retreating is necessary; you can use a strategy similar to the one used for two riders spawning in the back row (running toward the minotaur charging down, dodging around and knocking them both off as they come around the minotaur).
