Hi guys, this is a Toronto running video that I filmed in the morning of March 27 2021.
It was a cloudy day, but luckily it was only 6 degrees C so it wasn't cold and was the perfect temperature to go running. I started off at the intersection of Front Street and York Street and made my way north, checking out some different courtyards and streets before getting to Nathan Phillips Square, Yonge Dundas Square, some of the Ryerson University Campus, and Hospital Alley near Gerrard and University Ave. From there, I went southbound making a couple turns until getting to the area of Lower Simcoe, and the elevated platform just outside the Skywalk area. I took a few minutes to have a look at the Southcore District skyline while I let my legs rest from the stairs that I had to run at the end.
Thanks for watching!

![Hiking the Grand Canyon from top to bottom (river) and back up! [4k60] walking video
Hi guys, I know, its been a long time since Ive done a 4k walking video. Or any video for that matter... but heres one that I hope youll enjoy.
Its a 4k video walk through the Grand Canyon. I filmed this in May of this year. Id never been to the Grand Canyon, but to actually hike it, you have to travel to it via the phoenix side of it, and not the Las Vegas side.
You can attend from the Las Vegas side and see the Grand Canyon from the edge of the rim, but cannot go down it and hike it.
A buddy of mine told me he wanted to hike the grand canyon again, and I went along to it. What I didnt know at the time, however, was that he was using this as training as he was going to europe to climb the Matterhorn lol. So, needless to say, I didnt realize how strenuous this hike was going to be. I found out DURING the hike lol, when by buddy told me, that on the grand canyon website, that they recommend that people DO NOT try to hike down to the river and back in one day. Oh great. he tells me when were out the bottom, at the river, and no choice but to hike back up lol.
Either way, it was a great hike, but it was tough hiking back up. Ill admit but I was starting to mentally break, as my knees were hurting. Luckily I made it up.
As youll see, at the start of the hike, and partway down, there are a lot of people. But down at the Colorado river, it was deserted. I guess people had enough sense to know not to try this in one day haha.
