Hi walkers! Toronto's weather has improved a bit and become a little warmer, which is great! But this video is from earlier this month and was filmed when the temps were still quite cold!
This is my walk around Rouge Park , getting a look at some of the beach and the Canadian Geese that are all gathered at the frozen shoreline to lake Ontario. From there we walk across a pedestrian bridge and leave Toronto and enter the boundaries of Pickering (it's still a part of the GTA greater Toronto Area) and have a look at some of the beautiful houses there.

Hi guys, I know, its been a long time since Ive done a 4k walking video. Or any video for that matter... but heres one that I hope youll enjoy.
Its a 4k video walk through the Grand Canyon. I filmed this in May of this year. Id never been to the Grand Canyon, but to actually hike it, you have to travel to it via the phoenix side of it, and not the Las Vegas side.
You can attend from the Las Vegas side and see the Grand Canyon from the edge of the rim, but cannot go down it and hike it.
A buddy of mine told me he wanted to hike the grand canyon again, and I went along to it. What I didnt know at the time, however, was that he was using this as training as he was going to europe to climb the Matterhorn lol. So, needless to say, I didnt realize how strenuous this hike was going to be. I found out DURING the hike lol, when by buddy told me, that on the grand canyon website, that they recommend that people DO NOT try to hike down to the river and back in one day. Oh great. he tells me when were out the bottom, at the river, and no choice but to hike back up lol.
Either way, it was a great hike, but it was tough hiking back up. Ill admit but I was starting to mentally break, as my knees were hurting. Luckily I made it up.
As youll see, at the start of the hike, and partway down, there are a lot of people. But down at the Colorado river, it was deserted. I guess people had enough sense to know not to try this in one day haha.
