Just having a look at the completed River City Phase 3 Condo in Toronto's Corktown area. I guess the area is also called the West Donlands area as well.

This Toronto building was filmed while it was still under construction for a 2019 movie called "The Silence". It's a Netflix Film and Id describe it as a suspense/horror creature movie.

This Building is pretty unique looking, so I can see why filmmakers would use it in their movie!
