Double Pendulums make the strangest patterns and rhythms. VoC even has an option to add musical notes that are generated by the motions of the weights. I slapped on a mirror effect because symmetry is cruise control for cool. :)

$Morphing Coral This is a test render that was too pretty to throw away. (^_^) Im trying to decide what to do with this shape I found that looks like ornate coral or a multi-colored octopus. There are some wonderful shapes in there, but I dont really think this morphing sequence is what I want. I think Ill try several slowly changing shots of my favorite shapes - I want to get a good long look at those crazy details. I mixed up the music in a Windows RT app called Music Maker Jam. $Slices 5 Another in my Slices series. These images are a part of the process I use to take 3D shapes from Mandelbulb 3D and convert them into usable mesh objects for ZBrush and Unity.
