If you are looking for a binding knot that is extremely difficult to undo, then the Double Constrictor Knot will do the job extremely well.
In general the Constrictor Knot works well, however, if you have some rather slippery synthetic cordage, then perhaps consider using the Double Constrictor Knot.
A quick word of caution, if you thought that the Constrictor Knot was difficult to undo, the Double Constrictor Knot is even tougher. In some cases the only way of getting this knot off is to cut it free.
