Phew! It's been a hell of a week since Doom The Dark Ages came out. It's been an absolute blast playing through it. But it's also given me a lot to think about, and was certainly the most polarizing experience out of the three modern Doom titles. I have a lot of things to say about it, stuff outside of the video, but what's said here is hopefully enough to help you decide whether you think the game is worth it or not. Either way, the game represents a new era for Doom, for better or worse.
I do sound tired in the beginning. But what actually happened was that instead of a contact of mine going home to rethink his life, he wanted to sell me some Death Sticks. Anyway, reviews on, carry on.
