Shows one way to meet the requirements of two Achievements/Trophies in the 2020 re-release of Doom 64: 'My Cause is Just, My Will is Strong' (find the BFG9000, 50G/Silver) and 'Unholy Firepower' (find the Unmaker, 75G/Silver). Password used: M93H 7H21 3FXR N9SB
Note: Using cheats (cheat codes/functions/parameters/console commands) in a game of Doom 64 can prevent Achievements/Trophies from being unlocked during that game. (No cheats were used in the making of this video.) Passwords can be used, and in general will not interfere with unlocking Achievements/Trophies.
The custom-built password used here starts a new game on level 28, The Absolution, and provides the player with maximum health and armor, and all weapons except the BFG and Unmaker. The player will also have a backpack, maximum ammo, and all 3 Demon Artifacts. (Demon Artifacts enhance the Unmaker weapon, and can be used as special keys/activators on this map.)
With these weapons in hand, it's also fairly easy to continue playing this level and get the 'Mother May I?' Achievement/Trophy (150G/Bronze). See youtu.be/xfGBt2KbxLU for an example of meeting the requirements to unlock it.
