Jesus. What a hard freaking map. Everything was going great, until the blue key section. It's a 2-hour video and 40 minutes of it is me getting my ass kicked in one fight. I ended up using a midsave, which then of course I didn't need to use. My luck. The particular fight in question (which occurs at 59.49) seems a little bullshit to me. So much can go wrong, and if one cyberdemon decides to move to the wrong spot, your strategy is done and it's game over. I was dreading the final blue key fight but it actually went relatively smoothly. Anyways, back to your regularly scheduled description:

Fake Story:
Where are you? Another dimension? It seems the twisted machine you deactivated in the center of the Archives teleported you to this strange place as part of it's self destruction procedures.

All is black as far as the eye can see. The only thing you can discern in the darkness is a glowing metal shack. Once inside, reality starts to unravel around you. Mysterious metal columns float in the distance. Ahead there is a fork in the road. One path seems to have a glimpse back in time. It leads to an ancient medieval city.

A second path leads to a metal, monolithic structure. TV screens blare static all over the facade. The third and final path gives you deja vu. It consists of a giant beehive structure, not unlike the temple to the hive mother you encountered a few months back. You don't know where you are, but it's no good standing there. You have to try to find a way out, even if this place will become your grave in the process.

Serious Review:
Holy cow. Did I say this map was hard? Yeah, it's hard. Definitely the hardest map in Sunder (for my playstyle, anyways). Two midsaves were used, three if you count the one I used at the very end of the first blue key fight, just in case bullshit happened. The two legit midsaves were in the second final and final fights. The second to last fight took me forever, and I thought I had the strategy worked out from my last playthrough, which was three months ago. The last fight is really hard too. There's no guarantee that all the cybers will come out of their closet. I think I got lucky here.

That brings me to my first big complaint of this map. The blue key section is way, WAY harder than any of the other paths. The red key path I completely breezed through without dying, and the yellow key path is hard, but manageable. Blue key? Different story. I think I_G should either buff the red key path, or make the blue key path easier, to provide more consistent challenge.

Now, about the Hive Mother. A lot of people on the forum don't like it. I think it's awesome. It is genuinely terrifying. Its attack does massive damage that will melt you at 200/200. Furthermore, it fits right in with the dark, gritty art style of Sunder.

My only complaint that could be objective is that there is not enough rockets in the final fight. Plasma gunning hell nobles for minutes on end isn't very fun.

Overall a great map with a fantastic, imaginative style. It really feels like you're walking into a dream. I think my favorite path is the yellow key path, and my favorite fight is the first fight in that path.
