I was in a good mood today, so I knew I had to hurry up and play this one. Usually I absolutely hate this map. I actually had a surprisingly good time playing it today. I’m glad I decided to play it on a good day.
There were also some parts where I tried to communicate with you guys through save names. maybe I should just start doing commentary soon.

Serious Review:
This map is all of my Doom pet peeves rolled up into one. I know I told NoReason this in his doomworld thread, but this was always my least favorite map. I don’t like to use the “H-word” a lot, but I really hated it. Low-ammo? Check. Withholding armor? Check. Withholding the backpack? Check. Annoying damaging floor? Check. Monsters that teleport around the arena? Check. All my pet peeves.
However, I was in a good mood today, so I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. You got lucky this time, NoReason! I should also point out that I used to think “The Rectal Violation Chamber” was pure RNG, but I realized in retrospect after my last playthrough that you’re supposed to hug the squares to negate the AV damage.
